Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at ezpestzolutions@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We don't call ourselves EZ-PZ for no reason. We offer same day estimates and/or services within normal business hours.

These are very important questions and we are happy to report that EZ Pest Zolutions is a Florida licensed business, we are registered with the state as well as insured as required. The owner holds several state mandated licenses/certificates.

The good news, they are not poisonous, they transmit diseases and contaminates sterile materials. Their bite leaves a painful welt that can last for hours.

We do not offer bee control, but we have other companies we recommend that relocate the hive without destroying it.

Spring is the season. When spring arrives, that means termite activity is on the rise. Termites can cause quite a ruckus in Florida. Drywood, Native Subterranean, Formosan and Asian Subterranean Termites all call Florida home. If not properly checked, they can cause massive structural damage. Warm temperatures and heavy rains during spring and summer months trigger swarming behavior, infestations and new nests.

Signs of termites include:

  • The presence of a large number of winged termites in the home or around the property
  • Wings and termite bodies around lights, doors and window sills, TV or computer screens (termites are attracted to light sources).
  • Hollow-sounding or weakened wood
  • Droppings that look like sand, coffee grounds or little wood pellets
  • Muddy holes in wood
